I stay at home and look after the children keflex coverage mrsa I suspect that many who get sick are not getting ill from eating poorly cooked chicken. The cross contamination problem created by handling is the source. In the process of handling the raw chicken the bacteria gets on knives, wash rags, hands, plates, etc and is easily transfered to salads, breads, plates, etc. I also believe the unsanitary slaughter and crowded growing conditions contribute to the loading of the disease in the meat making it more likely that it will be tranfered throughout a kitchen ... say as the moist fumes from cooking are carried into the air聽and onto聽kitchen surfaces.
